There have been several blogging conferences in Greensboro and Chapel Hill over the past three years, including a BloggerCon, a Podcastercon, BarCampRDU, and last year's ConvergeSouth05, with more planned for the next year. There is a reason Greensboro is dubbed Blogsboro! This is the blogging center of the Universe, ahead of Silicon Valley (and even they conceded that). Why are you surprised?
