Apparently IBM is now preparing to sell a Thinkpad Tablet PC. It’s amazing, I found this out on Robert Scoble’s blog. For those who don’t know, Robert Scoble is a “Microsoft Geek Blogger.” You would think that since I work at IBM, I would find out about this internally. 
On Monday, April 18th, Bungie released a much anticipated update to Halo 2. This update fixed various glitches, addressed bugs, and modified the weapons slightly. All in all, I think that this update was great. However, browsing through Bungie’s forums, it appears quite a few people were initially upset about the update. I guess you can’t please everyone.
Then, on Monday, April 25th, they released four new multiplayer maps. Two were free (Warlock and Containment) and two were not (Sanctuary and Turf). They were all designed very well, and I think that the $5.99 for the other two is a small price to pay.
Next monday, they update the multiplayer playlists. I am very impressed by Bungie’s moves lately. They’re really listening to their customers and adding new content. Excellent game made by excellent developers.

This Friday, April 29th, Apple releases another major upgrade to their Mac OS X operating system. The new version will include two really great features: Spotlight and Dashboard. Spotlight is a feature that gives you a google-type search for all files on your computer. It searches through text files, emails, metadata, etc…on the fly. This is probably the single feature that I’m the most excited about. The dashboard is a widgets-type application similar to Konfabulator that allows you to have weather, stock, etc all at your fingertips quickly. This may not be the best description of the features of Tiger, so check out some of the resources:
